Terms of Use for Startup Inflow Services

Welcome to Startup Inflow, a provider of mentoring, professional, and consultation services for startups. These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the services and information provided by Startup Inflow (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

a. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

b. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

c. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

d. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Startup Inflow, a Startup Inflow employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

e. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by Startup Inflow, may harm Startup Inflow or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by Startup Inflow and its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to, or attempt to, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services or the Content, in whole or in part.

User Content

The Services may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio (collectively, “User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Services. By making any User Content available through the Services, you grant to Startup Inflow a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, copy, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works based on, distribute, perform, and display the User Content in connection with the Services and Startup Inflow’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

Startup Inflow makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Services. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Startup Inflow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
