NDA after the initial meeting
The NDA will be signed after the initial mentor meeting and before confidential documents are exchanged for the subsequent engagement. Booking or attending the initial meeting does not itself execute an NDA.
What to discuss initially
You may describe your startup stage, business challenge, broad funding objective and the kind of support you need. Do not disclose trade secrets, source code, passwords, sensitive customer records or restricted investor documents before the NDA is executed.
Separate agreement
The NDA identifies the parties, protected information, permitted purpose, exclusions, responsibilities and duration. Its signed terms govern that confidential exchange. Mentorship scope, fees, deliverables and intellectual property arrangements may be covered by a separate engagement agreement.
Other participants
Specialist partners or third parties are not automatically bound by a separate NDA merely because Inflow introduces them. The relevant confidentiality arrangements should be agreed before sensitive material is shared.
Questions
