Agreement and operator
These terms apply to use of Startup Inflow and orders placed with Inflow Influencers LLP. Review the service description, price and related policies before completing an order. You must have authority to act for any business whose information you provide.
Services and booking
The ₹499 mentor meeting is a 45-minute initial conversation about current challenges, doubts and mentorship terms. Ongoing mentorship, implementation, specialist services and deliverables depend on the agreed package or written scope. Payment does not automatically allocate a meeting time or create an ongoing mentorship contract.
Pricing and orders
The cart displays the amount due before confirmation. Free webinar registration is ₹0 and requires no payment. If free registration and paid services are selected together, only the paid items contribute to the total. Marketing packages cover the first month; advertising spend is separate unless expressly included. Membership contributions are the amount you choose within the available limits.
Scheduling and fulfilment
Services are delivered digitally or by an agreed method. Scheduling, onboarding information and work milestones are coordinated separately. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, reasonable cooperation and the materials needed for the agreed scope.
No outcome guarantee
Guidance and mentoring support your decision-making; they do not guarantee investment, business performance, valuation, investor access or approval. Specialist legal, tax, investment or regulated advice must be obtained from an appropriately qualified professional where needed.
Confidentiality and materials
The NDA will be signed after the initial meeting and before confidential material is exchanged for a subsequent engagement. No NDA is created merely by booking or attending the initial meeting. Do not share trade secrets, credentials or highly confidential documents beforehand. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables are set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
Cancellation, disputes and legal rights
The Booking & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Contact sales@startupinflow.com with your reference to raise a concern. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and do not remove mandatory consumer remedies or access to competent authorities.
Website use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or reproduce protected materials without permission. Third-party links and services have their own terms. Changes to published terms do not remove rights already attached to an existing order.
