Information we handle
We collect the name, email address, phone number, enquiry details and selections you submit; order and registration references; payment status and transaction identifiers; and records needed to deliver and support your engagement. Technical information such as IP address may be used for abuse prevention. Avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or sensitive business information.
Why we use it
We use information to process orders, record free registrations, coordinate meetings and services, reply to requests, maintain payment and accounting records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Service messages are separate from optional promotional communications. You can ask us to stop promotional messages.
Payments and service providers
Paid checkout uses Razorpay. Payment credentials are entered in the payment provider’s checkout; our website does not ask you to send full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or OTPs to Inflow. Transaction references and payment status may be retained. Hosting, email, analytics, embedded video and review providers may process information needed for their features under their own policies.
Cookies, cart storage and analytics
The website uses browser storage to retain cart selections and may use cookies for WordPress functionality, security, embedded services and analytics. Google Site Kit connects the website to Google services. Browser settings can clear or restrict cookies and storage, which may affect site features. Optional tracking permissions depend on the consent controls configured for your visit.
