No refund after confirmed booking
Confirmed bookings are non-refundable for change of mind, voluntary cancellation or non-attendance, subject to applicable law and the exceptions below. Review the meeting purpose, duration, price and policies before placing your booking. Payment for the initial meeting is not a guarantee of funding or continued mentorship.
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend, contact sales@startupinflow.com as early as possible with your booking reference. Any rescheduling depends on availability and written confirmation. A requested change does not by itself confirm a replacement slot.
If Inflow cannot deliver
If Inflow cancels and cannot provide the booked service, or cannot offer a mutually acceptable alternative, the applicable amount will be refunded. We will review material non-delivery or deficiency concerns against the agreed service and applicable legal rights.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Report duplicate payments, incorrect amounts or an apparent failed payment that debited your account. A verified duplicate or erroneous charge is eligible for correction or refund. Do not pay again while an earlier transaction is being checked.
Other services and membership
Published service scope and any written engagement agreement also apply. Work already delivered, authorised costs and milestone terms may affect a cancellation assessment, subject to applicable law. Free webinar registration carries no fee to refund. Membership contributions are not represented as charitable donations.
How to request a review
Email sales@startupinflow.com with your order reference, payment reference, booking email and the reason for your request. Never send card credentials, PINs or OTPs. If a refund is approved, it is processed through the applicable payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times apply and the expected timeline will be communicated.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a remedy required by applicable law. The no-refund rule is not intended to retain duplicate charges or payments for a service Inflow cannot provide.
